Appearance£º blue powder

Specific Gravity£º1.27g/cm3
Melting point£º ¡Ý 280 ¡æ

Package£º25KG paper Drum

Shelf Life£º10 years

Application Range and Benefits:

For phthalocyanine/carbon black-colored non-aqueous (aliphatic, aromatic, ester and ketonic solvents, and UV monomers) ink and  coating  application (automotive and industrial paints, offset inks, packaging gravure inks, publication gravure inks); for correlative pigment surface treatment, also. As a synergist of hyperdispersants  CH-11 can improve the dispersability and fluidity of the pigment, increase the color strength  and  tinctorial effect.

Dosage£º

For offset ink application, the dosage is  2%  based on the dry  weight of the  pigment; for solvent-type ink and coating application, the dosage is 1% based on the dry weight of the pigment; for surface treatment application, the dosage is 1-5% of the dry weight of pigment.

Usage:

A¡¢For ink and coating application: Dissolve CH-11 in the grinding medium, then add the pigment to grind.

B¡¢For pigment surface treatment: Add CH-11  into  the  system  before  filtration, or  blend  the dispersant with dry pigment directly.
