Application
Range and Benefits:
A、For
organic pigment (condensation azo pigment and quinacridone pigment)
surface treatment. Improve the dispersability, color strength and
solvent-resistance of the pigment, in the meantime, improve the
mobility of the pigment.
B、For
solvent-type coating (vehicle paint、industrial
coating、high-solid
coating and pigment slurry ) and solvent-type ink application,
increase the dispersability and the color strength of the pigment,
in the meantime, improve the rheology of the system.
Usage:
A、For
pigment surface treatment：
Stir CH-13 with pigment presscake or add the emulsion/solution of
CH-13 into the pigment before filtration. Common dosage is 3-10%
based on the dry weight of the pigment.
B、For
ink and coating application：
Dissolve CH-13 in the resin solution, stir it, then add the pigment
to grind. Common dosage is 1-5% based on the dry weight of inorganic
pigment, 2-15% based on the dry weight of organic pigment or carbon
black.
