Application Range and Benefits:

AFor organic pigment (condensation azo pigment and quinacridone pigment) surface treatment. Improve the dispersability, color strength and solvent-resistance of the pigment, in the meantime, improve the mobility of the pigment.

BFor solvent-type coating (vehicle paintindustrial coatinghigh-solid coating and pigment slurry ) and solvent-type ink application, increase the dispersability and the color strength of the pigment, in the meantime, improve the rheology of the system.

Usage:

AFor pigment surface treatment Stir CH-13 with pigment presscake or add the emulsion/solution of CH-13 into the pigment before filtration. Common dosage is 3-10% based on the dry weight of the pigment.

BFor ink and coating application Dissolve CH-13 in the resin solution, stir it, then add the pigment to grind. Common dosage is 1-5% based on the dry weight of inorganic pigment, 2-15% based on the dry weight of organic pigment or carbon black.
