Application Range and Benefits:  

For Phthalocyanine Green pigment surface treatment, improve the dispersability, color strength and solvent resistance, increase the mobility and the tinctorial effect of  the pigment. 

Usage and dosage:  

Mix 300phr Phthalocyanine Green pigment presscake (about 35% solid content) with 50-200phr CH-16A, heat the mixture to the melting point of CH-16A, then keep stirring at 90-100¡æ for 4-8 hours. Add 50-200phr 20%NaOH to make the mixture to be basic, then filtrate, wash and dry the presscake to get the modified pigment.  Adjusting the dosage, the temperature and the time, you can adjust the transparency and the hiding power of the pigment.

      Treat the basic mother liquid with hydrochloric acid, You can reclaim CH-16A.
