Range and Benefits:
A、For
water-based phthalocyanine pigment surface-treatment, improve the
dispersability, color strength and mobility of the pigment.
B、For
inorganic pigment (ferric oxide) and filler surface-treatment,
improve the dispersability and tinctorial effect, increase the
hiding power of the pigment.
dosage:
A、For
water-based phthalocyanine pigment surface-treatment, the dosage
is 2-8% based on the dry weight of the pigment.
B、For
inorganic pigment (ferric oxide) and filler surface-treatment, the
dosage is 0.5-1.5% based on the dry weight of the pigment
Usage：
A、For
water-based phthalocyanine pigment surface-treatment, add CH-17
before acid cleaning and filtration, keep stirring for more than 2
hours.
B、For
inorganic pigment (ferric oxide) and filler surface-treatment, add
CH-17 before acid cleaning, keep stirring for more than 2 hours.
The dried pigment mixed with oily aids (CH-1D、CH-2C、CH-3A、CH-3B,
etc.)to make oily pigment; or mixed with water-based aids (CH-10
for example) to make water-based pigment.
Remarks:
CH-17A are CH-17B is easy to dissolve in water, the stirring time
can be shortened; CH-17C can dissolve slightly in the water,
dissolving it with alkalic liquid or ethanol before it is added
into the pigment, and keep stirring longer to guarantee better
surface-treating effect.
