Application
Range and Benefits:
An
all-purpose pigment surface treatment for organic and inorganic
pigment. Increase the dispersability and color strength, improve
the mobility and tinctorial effect.
Usage
and dosage:
Stir
CH-7 with pigment presscake or add the emulsion/solution
of CH-7 (CH-7 can dissolve in glacial acetic acid or
ethanol) into the pigment before filtration. More suitably first
dissolve CH-7 in rosin soap solution and treat the pigment with
rosin together.
Usual
dosage is 2-5% based on the dry weight of the pigment.
